Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lenovox AI platform ("Platform"), owned and operated by MC Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited and may result in all accounts being banned.
• The Platform is currently available to users across Africa, primarily Nigeria.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Provide accurate and up-to-date profile information

LNX Coin Economy

LNX is the virtual currency used within the Lenovox platform. Please understand the following rules regarding LNX:

• LNX has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to bank accounts, or converted to any other currency.
• LNX can be earned through platform activities (quizzes, referrals, daily claims, watching ads) or purchased with Nigerian Naira (₦).
• LNX purchased with real money is non-refundable once credited to your account.
• LNX balances may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• We reserve the right to adjust LNX earning rates, costs, and packages at any time.
• Fraudulent LNX acquisition (exploiting bugs, chargebacks, fake referrals) will result in immediate account ban.
• LNX cannot be transferred between user accounts.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payments on Lenovox are processed securely by Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

• Subscription plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no pro-rated refunds.
• LNX top-up purchases are final and non-refundable once credited.
• In case of genuine payment errors, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

AI Services

Lenovox AI is powered by OpenAI's models. By using the AI features, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
• Submitting AI-generated work as your own in academic settings may violate your institution's policies — this is your responsibility, not ours.
• We monitor AI usage for policy violations. Attempts to generate harmful content will result in account suspension.

User Content

Content you post on MeetUp (posts, videos, images, comments) remains yours. However, by posting, you grant MC Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform.

• You confirm you own or have rights to any content you post.
• You take full responsibility for content you submit.
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
• Deleted posts may remain in backup systems for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post or share pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
• Upload images or videos depicting violence, gore, or graphic harm
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
• Impersonate other users, public figures, or staff members
• Share misinformation, fake news, or deliberately misleading content
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate LNX earning or AI usage
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or referral links
• Share, sell, or distribute another user's personal information
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity under Nigerian or international law

Suspension & Account Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity (fake referrals, chargebacks, LNX manipulation)
• Post prohibited content (pornography, violence, hate speech)
• Receive multiple verified reports from other users
• Attempt to compromise platform security

Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, code, features, and content created by MC Tech are the exclusive intellectual property of MC Tech and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright law.

• The Lenovox name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks of MC Tech.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform code or design without written permission.
• The LNX coin economy system and its mechanics are proprietary to MC Tech.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:

• MC Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the courts of Nigeria. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
